I Got Married!

Hey y’all!

I did it! I tied the knot! My husband, Freddie, and I officially got married on December 21st at the Legacy Castle in New Jersey! People have been asking me to list the details of my wedding and include vendors names, so here they are!

***All photos were taken by Anthony Ziccardi Studios

My venue: The Legacy Castle, Pompton Plains, New Jersey

I can’t say enough about this place. The second I walked into the castle I knew I needed to get married here. Who wouldn’t want to get married in a castle? Not only was it the perfect place for my Gatsby theme, but the owner and staff immediately made me feel at home. The price includes everything you could need for a wedding, including a crazy amount of food! They also provided a bridal attendant for me that went above and beyond for me the entire day of the wedding! Thanks Michele 😉

My Wedding Dress: Bridal Reflections, New York, New York

I had a wedding dress on my Pinterest that I used to show people when they asked what kind of dress I was looking for. The photo on Pinterest had no info on it or designer name. When I walked into Bridal Reflections, I showed them the photo and they literally had THE dress. I didn’t even know it existed! At my very first dress consultation I purchased my dream dress and veil by the amazing designer, Galia Lahav.

My Second Dress: Gattinolli, Ridgewood, New Jersey

I decided last minute that I wanted to change dresses during my reception and the owner of Gattonolli, Sonia, made it happen literally 2 weeks before the wedding! She ordered me this stunning dress by Jovani and it fit my theme perfectly!

Bridesmaids Dresses: Studio Suite 201

I couldn’t have imagined getting my bridesmaids dresses from anywhere else but Studio Suite 201. I have been lucky to know the women who run this bridal suite for years. They made the process stress free and helped find a beautiful gown by the designer, Watters!

Decor: Belle Fiore, Hawthorne, New Jersey

My centerpieces and ceremony decor were all from Belle Fiore. The owners, Mo and Farrah were amazing. They wanted nothing but to make sure I was happy with my decor and I was absolutely in love when I saw it all! They definitely brought my vision to life!

Bouquets: Flowers By Joan, Waldwick, New Jersey

My bouquets were beautiful. The owner is so sweet and made the process so easy! They fit my theme perfectly and even had gold roses!

Officiant: Reverend David Jefferson Jr., DJJ Ministries, Newark, New Jersey

David was so fun to work with. I loved that he made sure to get to know Freddie and I so he could create a more personal ceremony. He really cared about our preferences and was so kind to us! We loved that he made some jokes throughout the ceremony to lighten up the mood!

Save the Dates: Love Actually Photography

My save the dates were both taken and created by Tammy Hudak (Love Actually Photography.) I wanted to recreate the movie poster from The Great Gatsby and she made it happen for us! They came out perfect!

Invitations: Cardture, Westwood, New Jersey

The owner, Serina, was absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. She took my ideas and designed the most iconic invitation! She also made my ceremony programs, name cards, card box, etc. She was so incredibly helpful and I cannot thank her enough!

Photo/Video: Anthony Ziccardi Studios, Sparta, New Jersey

Anthony’s team of photographers and videographers were the best. I had the pleasure of having Anthony, the owner, shoot my wedding. He called me months ahead and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for my wedding. I couldn’t have asked for better quality photos!

DJ/Special Effects: Magic Moments, Paramus, New Jersey

My MC, Pete, was incredible. He made everything so much fun. The music was everything I asked for! They also provided enhancements like my mirror photo booth, sparklers, and CO2 blasters. I highly recommend using them for any event you may have!

Floor: Go to Shout, Flemington, New Jersey

I had a custom Gatsby wrap floor installed for my wedding. Rob was great to work with and his team brought my vision to life! The floor looked amazing and definitely tied the theme together!

Cake: A Little Cake, Park Ridge NJ

A Little Cake literally made me my dream cake. I showed them a photo I found online as an example and they went above and beyond anything I could have ever envisioned. The cake was perfect for our Gatsby theme and they even added feathers to it.

Lighting/screens: Visual Comet

Visual Comet made my wedding look like a concert. The effects were awesome. All of the lighting was done by them and it made our photos even more amazing!

Hair stylist: Theresa Mazza, The Posh Bride, Northvale, New Jersey

There aren’t enough words to describe how insanely talented Theresa is. My hair was my favorite part of the day. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

Make up Artist: Samantha Monize, Makeup by Monize

Sam and I went to high school together and it has been so inspiring watching her grow over the years as a makeup artist. As soon as I got engaged I knew I had to have her do my makeup for my big day! She is so amazing at what she does!

Website/Registry: Zola.com/wedding/thegreatkratzby

Zola was the perfect choice for a website to use! I was able to create a custom design and it turned out amazing! I highly recommend their site and registry!

My Wedding Dance:

My best friend Tyler choreographed my wedding dance with some help from my cousin Danielle! Thank you to Tyler, Danielle, Nicole, Jamie, Micaela and all of the Studio L dancers for putting in so many hours of hard work to make my dream wedding dance come to life!

And last but definitely not least:

A shout out to my mom. NONE of this would have been possible without her. She dealt with me being a Bridezilla for months and worked her butt off to make my dream wedding happen. I will never be able to repay her or thank her enough. I love you so much, mom!
